George Ryan Ross III (born August 30, 1986), is an American musician, singer and songwriter who served as the first guitarist of American rock band Panic! at the Disco from 2004 to July 6, 2009.

- Panic! at the Disco were the first band signed to Pete Wentz's record label, DCD2.
- Ross recorded the guitar solo in "The Take Over, the Breaks Over" with Chad Gilbert.[1]
- On August 30, 2007, Ross celebrated his twenty-first birthday at Angels & Kings.[2]
